Offer exceptional centrifugation stability up to 25,000 x g; autoclaving with cap off; (121°C, 20 minutes); withstand temperatures from +121°C to -196°C; and writing surface on flat cap and side wall for quick sample indentification.
Caps offer complete sealing for minimal evaporation rate during long-term storage. Center of caps feature membrane for easy puncture and access with a syringe/needle. Once punctured, the opening can be useful for venting internal pressure during heating.

Cap, Green, Open Top, 15-425, with 0.60" PP/PTFE/Silicone SURE-LINK Septa. These caps, made of polypropylene, are ideal for use with volatile solvents, sensitive compounds, and biological media. The SURE-LINK process welds each cap with a Polypropylene/PTFE/Silicone liner bonded to the cap. This process allows the cap to maintain seal through multiple autoclaving operations or cleaning procedures without the use of adhesives. Caps are ideal for storage of samples for prolonged periods of time. They are autoclavable at 121¿C.
